The hotel looks like a 60’s hotel. Lobby is very clean and comfortable with nice spa type music. Our room was very clean. Comfortable. It had a refrigerator and microwave. It also provides a grab and go breakfast. They stock white bread, yummy danishes, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, apple and orange juice. Also 4 or 5 cereals and milk, orange and apple juice. No where to sit, though. Love the housekeeping staff. Very sweet and provided extra towels. The lady that takes care of the breakfast area and other services was great. Very close to Pier 39. You can take a buss which takes 5 minutes. My only complaint is not enough hangers and no hooks to hang a robe or wet towel in bathroom. Also, the curtains that touch the air conditioner are dirty on hem because of the moisture mix with dust. They really need a place to sit and relax outside the room especially when you have late sleepers that don’t want you to make noise! I told the the staff and she said she would mention to owner. It also provides free parking!other than those things, It was a great stay. We will be back!

If you don't appreciate mid-century architecture and decor, this is not the place for you. Motel Capri maintains the integrity of this era of design. They have made an effort to repair and replace with materials consistent with the look of the 1950's and bathrooms have much of the original tile and porcelain fixtures, which is amazing! This fact being established, the rooms are clean and well-maintained, but there are going to be small flaws and some rooms are in better shape than others. The staff here are hard-working, courteous, responsive and friendly. The to-go breakfast is adequate (coffee/tea, juice, hot and cold cereals, packaged Danish and toast) and perfect for those who are on the go and need to start their San Fran day early. Plenty of restaurants and cafes in walking distance, if you would like a more leisurely hot breakfast. The neighborhood is lovely, quiet and clean. Lots of close-by boutique shopping, yoga studios and other healthy and upscale pursuits. The free parking is a dream! Would stay again.

The included breakfast was very nice. The room to get your breakfast was very clean and had a good amount of options. Affordable and in a convenient place. Parking was super easy. I will definitely be recommending this place to friends.

I have traveled all over America but never ad such a bad experience. Nobody was on counter. Have to make few calls before getting to desk attendees. Room was smelling really bad and TV was not working. Window drapes were not closing and the outside light was directly pointed to the bed, so I couldn't sleep all night. I really want my money back. How can I get it? Does anyone knows?

It was clean, cute, and had free breakfast. We considered it an upgrade from the fancy hotel on the wharf we were at. Much more comfortable. Staff was nice when we saw them. Only downside was that the elevator was out of commission.
