Great location 10 mins walk to Palace of Fine Arts or 5 mins drive to Golden Gate Bridge. We felt extremely safe parking our car in their covered garages at night. They have security cameras in the property. The room was comfy and clean.

I've stayed at the Marina Motel multiple times. I think it is a charming place. My favorite parts are the gardening (amazing fuschia!), the parking, the location near the Palace of Fine Arts and Presidio, and the positive energy of the front desk personnel. It isn't the most updated place, but I think it is a great experience. I'll be coming back, I'm sure, many times.

The property is located in the Marina District. Lots of good options walking distance. Our room was facing the street and it was still pretty quiet. The after hours checking in was so easy. I would definitely stay here again. Our room had a full kitchen so convenient. Really loved all the plants outside. Super cute stay!

A little oasis in an otherwise high-traffic area. Beautiful courtyard overflowing with flowers. Staff were very kind and helpful. Easy to access and a great location to enjoy the Presidio, Fort Mason, and restaurants and shops along Chestnut and Fillmore.

1. WiFi doesn’t work. 2. Car parking is “first come, first serve” and the woman in the reception told me that she had her own car in one of the parkings but she was gonna move it later, to park in the street. 3. Noisy if you have noisy neighbors (thin walls and noisy stair steps. 4. I tried to have an early check in (1300) only asking for having that bedroom above in the cleaning than others. They didn’t do anything, even more, the young woman in the reception was far from polite and we ended sleeping inside the car for two hours (we had been flying the whole night). 5. Two positive aspects: the man in the reception with long hair, he’s great. The garden and decoration.

Very pleasant hotel in a good location with plenty of charm. the location is not great, but it's convenient to presidio.And a few restaurants and walgreens walking distance. if you want a european style hotel with lots of charm, I would definitely recommend it. if you're open for u s modern hotel like the big chains, I would not.

The dude that checkedme in was super cool. I helped me get a good parking spot and was very informative. My room was on the street but was very loud traffic all night. Got a few hours sleep. Too loud for me.
