The fact that it was new was definitely a plus. The staff was not friendly. Nothing in the room except towels. Nothing in the Kitchen to clean up with. No in room coffee. Absolutely nothing like any place I've stayed at. Was not at all welcoming

House keeping is unavailable, ice machine is broke, no toiletries, free coffee machine is broke, no blackout curtains. All these things are standard in all other hotels, astonished this new one is so broke down.

Check-in was a breeze. Had a slight hiccup with my keycard but staff was available and quick to resolve it. Room was quaint and served my needs. I will definitely be staying at LivAway suites again.

You can hear through the floor, no carpeting allows noises to be easily heard and felt, heavy footprintss and toilets flusing can be heard downstairs. I paid 70 for a bed i could not sleep in. I rested 3 hours out of my stay, i dont recommend bottom floor, you will not get any sleep

Brand new place. I was a little scared of the laundry at first (you have to use an app!!!) but it turned out to be super easy and very convenient. We were glad to stay here and would stay here again.

Staff was very unfriendly. If anything was needed like toilet paper or an iron you had to get from the front desk. Also the coffee in the lobby barely worked. Will never stay at this hotel again.

We didnt realize when we booked this hotel that we would have to pay for dishes/cookware w/the kitchenette. Bathroom only had 2 towels, only 1 garbage can etc. We were not prepared for all the little items we then had to buy at Walmart just for our stay. Everything else was fine. Bedframes have sharp edges, hit my knee several times when walking around the bed. We liked the security of swiping in and out of the facility and also easy online check in/check out.
