I didn't like that I stayed for a week and didn't get any service from the housekeepers. I had to ask for clean towels, toilet paper, ect. I also had to take out my own garbage. Plus, they didn't have continental breakfast and the staff weren't very polite.

I did not do my research and did not realize this was like an extended stay hotel—where you bring all your own stuff. There are no “normal hotel” amenities here. Which is fine if know what you are booking and are on with it. The hotel was clean. Staff was mostly friendly. You have to check out needed things-iron, hair dryer-at the front desk. You have to take your dirty towels down to desk to get clean ones. Hotel is in a good location-close to eating shopping, and things to do.

We arrived after the staff went off duty and neither of the phone numbers we were directed to call got a live person, until the fifth try for the graveyard shift guy finally answered the phone and came to let us in. We were exhausted and thought we were going to have to spend the night in our car. Then after settling in, I got to listen to every person moving or making a sound in the halls, in the rooms next to me, walking in the floors above me. While the place appears clean and neat and the floor plan is nice, it doesn’t mean much if there’s no sound insulation anywhere. And a word of warning for anyone who is EMF sensitive, the building is less than one mile away from a massive tower array and the signal is at very unsafe levels. FYI

Clean and comfortable overall. Had a studio-having a kitchen is great but they didn't provide a coffee maker in the room and there weren't curtains on the windows, just blinds, so you are definitely waking up with the sun. It's new, so once the kinks are all worked out I'm sure it will be great.
