"The hotel is amazing, the location is key, ski-in-and-out. Right next to Ruka Ski Resort Gondola. The room assigned to me was clean, very charming and cozy. The bed was super comfortable, nice winter blankets, and soft pillows. Breakfast was included and it is a massive buffet with healthy options. I loved the food and the service. There are restaurants, shopping stores, and tour agencies all within walking distance. Also the bus stop to the airport is a 4 minute walk. I would come back to this...

"We were unfortunate to visit Finland in an uncommon heat wave, which the hotel (and most finnish hotels as well) was not prepared to. We were resourceful and opened the big window which people usually only open to clean and that way we had tons of chilled air during the night. besides that, breakfast was simple yet tasty, generous and enough to satisfy your needs. the staff was helpful and friendly. the atmosphere is quiet and the view to the lake was astonishing! "Huoneen varaus onnistui helposti ja vaikka vastaanotto meni jo klo 16.30 kiinni ja itse tulimme vasta n klo 20, saimme hyvät ohjeet ja pääsimme huoneeseemme, joka oli siisti ja riittävän tilava. Kylpyhuoneesta puuttui lattiapyyhe, jotta olisi saanut jalat kuivaksi suihkun jälkeen ja pyyhkeiden naulakot epäloogisessa paikassa siuhkun kannalta, mutta yhden yön pikavisiitillä nekään eivät suurta harmia tuottaneet.
