"What an excellent hotel in downtown Boston! The room was most comfortable and clean. When we walked into the lobby we knew we felt a vibe of welcome, upbeat, and friendliness. The staff were outstanding. I was confused in the beginning about a fee, and received a phone call and follow up email explaining the fee. This was service beyond any other hotel we have stayed at. Wow, what a gem hotel!"

"Most honest review you will get. Gorgeous hotel! Huge rooms, great valet service for 5 dollars a day. Room service was excellent, everything operated via iPad it was cool. Things to know: 150 per night deposit at check in Shake shake and dunkin are inside the casino so nobody under the age of 21 cannot get to those locations which can be a bit of a hassle when traveling with family. Ferry only runs in the afternoons. It also brings guest to the casino who are not staying at the hotel can get crowded at times. The drugstore is overly overly over priced. So go somewhere else. 18 dollars for tweezers is extreme. Only get free WiFi for three days so you stay longer you have to pay for it. You’re 21 and over you can have a blast at the casino. Great place to stay enjoyed our time there. "

"It is not ideal to stay in a room with no bathroom, but the price was right and I’m on a budget. There was always an available bathroom, they were all impeccably clean. The location was great. I recommend bringing flip flops for the shower despite the free slippers. They also will let you leave your bags if you have a few hours to kill. "

The hotel is definitely 👌 five star with sauna, hot tub, pool and fitness center as well as Michelin Star restaurants The Fed and Grana well worth the price. Not to forget the topnotch staff who were friendly and paid close attention to detail. I would recommend to anyone visiting Boston."
