"Everything about this place was lovely except the gym. It was a bit stinky, dusty and dirty. No sanitizer around and both bikes were broken. Otherwise truly a great experience! Convenience shop and Onsen were amazing and the view room was totally worth the extra fee"

"I like the location because the immediate few blocks were fairly quiet but you were a 7 minute walk to the center of Shinjuku, the train station, shopping, nightlife, etc. Only "oddity", and I suspect this is true across most Japan hotels, was there were no "common areas" to congregate.
