"I had originally booked for one night and ended up needing another, the staff did everything they could to help me out and wrre very friendly and even laughed at my stulid jokes, God bless them. "Very spacious hotel (great for a Comi Con or Saboten Con) and excellent staff - they got our heat on and even a night facility manager helped us with our thermostat! Great staff in the breakfast area too. Hotel is aging and and items not repair ed or replaced; ie rowing machine and one stair master in gym broken. Great place for the price though."
