"Nice property in a quiet location. The crowd was definitely much older than I expected (all grey hair with a lot of canes or walking sticks). I believe that there is a physical therapist located nearby. It did matter. My only complaint was that the room didn’t have AC and it was warm that evening. They provided a fan and it was enough for the heat."

"Perfect location. Easy parking. Fast friendly check-in and straight in to Beautiful town. This is a very basic hotel but that is not a bad thing if you’re just staying a night. It was clean, the bed was lovely and the shower was good too and that was all l required."

"The team at Colmar have to be congratulated. They were upbeat, good humoured, friendly and ALL really helpful. That's rare. Excellent Breaky and the staff always on hand for drinks and getting you what you want. Bikers take note. We had ridden through heavy rain for most of the day and were sodden. "Great staff, accommodating, breakfast was delicious, parking extremely convenient and walkable to old town. Unfortunately I have to take one star due to the poor Internet speeds. I do not expect blazing speeds from a hotel but this was appalling…even email sometimes would fail to work. Same was reported by other couples in our group. "

"The staff were excellent. Restaurant was great. But, No provision to make a coffee in the room or on the premises was annoying as it was very difficult to find anything open in the village to get a coffee. Shower head was stable and water flooded the floor. Also, most of the people in the hotel were elderly and getting over a steep bath to have a shower is a health hazard."

"The property is new and a great option if you are in Colmar. My only negative experience was with staff ordering ‘taxis’. On 2 occasions the taxis arrived and were clearly just local people with a car. No issue with that concept - except their charges were exorbitant…. Double or more than what we paid to a labeled taxi. Uber and Bolt are extremely rare, so taxi the only viable option. My advice - order your own and don’t ask for the front desk assistance. "
