"The hotel is sutuated in a great area. I chose it for the location and parking. I was informed at check in to park at the cathedral parking, when I realized that it had a 3 hour maximum I returned and asked if there was other parking available. That is when I was told there was parking for $35 at hotel. I was a bit perturbed that this was not mentioned when I 1st asked but after I had wasted a couple of hours and money. "We liked almost everything about Hôtel Les Haras: the facilities are gorgeous, the staff very friendly, the accommodation reasonably good, but the air conditioning/heating in the rooms needs improvement. "Very nice stay. Property was well located, modern and in the city centre. Staff were friendly. It was very warm in the rooms though, and we were unable to cool the rooms due to the air conditioning not being allowed in the winter, making it slightly uncomfortable to sleep in."

"We ended up at this hotel last minute after an issue with another booking we had made in Colmar. I am very glad we ended up at this hotel. The staff were so kind and accommodating right from when we turned up 30 mins after booking, until checkout. Highly recommend. Amazing staff, great room, great location, good parking and overall a brilliant experience. "

"This hotel is perfect. It is only a short train ride to the city center. There is a grocery store in the same parking lot. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is nice and new. The Breakfast is delicious and the staff is sweet. This is my favorite city I have been to in Europe so far. "

"Hotel Beaucour is the perfect location if you are driving to Strasbourg. It is just outside of the city center so parking garages are easier to find. It’s truly only a 5-10 min walk to get to the cathedral. The staff were friendly and helpful and the decor was cute and welcoming. "

Excellent comfortable hotel with great breakfast

"Excellent hotel, quiet despite being right opposite the Railway Station, I was upgraded to what I believe is one of the newly refurbished rooms on arrival, lovely comfortable bed, everything was clean and worked. Small area at reception where one could purchase snacks and various alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks Excellent Breakfast with a good selection of food and drinks available in the morning, would certainly stay here again if visiting Strasbourg or just staying overnight"

Easy living is a great name for hotel

"Amazing stay. We did not have a pretty view but spent very little time in our room. The location was perfect. We walked everywhere throughout city from the hotel. The bathroom was large. The decor is fun and bright. We found everything to be clean. "

"This was a last minute reservation and the hotel was very accomodating. We ordered a triple room and they offered us a double and single for same price. Quite a walk from the Christmas market; but, we had been walking all day, so it wasnt an issue. The train station was across the street so that would be very convenient for some. I loved our balcony!"

"The staff at City Residence Strasbourg was very welcoming and helpful during my stay. Room was clean and spacious and glad that it had a kitchenette. Location was within a 10-minute walk to the train station and five minutes to Place des Halles for all my grocery needs. Thank you again."
