"Beds were not the most comfortable, but the place was very, very clean. The breakfast was minimal and only weak drip coffee. The extra charges per person after two persons were not listed anywhere on hotels.com so I will tell you here 50 euros per child 50 euros per adult each after two people in the room so it makes the price of the room about 300 euros per night. "The staff are lovely and really helpful. Really helped us with language barriers so that we could get a taxi. The rooms are perfect and you really couldn't be any closer to Europa Park. If your planning a trip then stay here....."

"Seems like a nice hotel with good spa facilities. We had a non smoking room, but it stank of cigarettes and the bathroom smelt unclean. The hotel staff didn’t speak any English (I no we were in Germany but basic pleasantries would have been nice) so don’t expect any help. Didn’t complain about the smell in the room as unable to make ourselves understood."

"Check-in simple/professionnal, but not warm neither smiling. Room are small but very clean. Small building so we felt like family hotel. Reception at the spa is the same: quick explanations, we had the impression to catch a train instead of being welcomed to a wellness spa (a smile with a sweet voice would be a plus for the 500€ we spent during 1day+1night, even during rush hours). The Yonaguni spa itself is amazing Restaurant staff was friendly and efficient. "

"Really nice hotel with a good choice at breakfast. Secure parking was at a cost of €3.50 a day. I did think that i had already paid for parking in the option chosen when booking but the lady at reception said that it was incorrect on Hotels.com. We stayed on a Monday night and there were hardly any places to eat that were open at teatime, I'm sure on a Friday or Saturday night though there would have been a larger choice. Would stay again."

"Finally a hotel with a FULL shower: a glass door that completely closes on all sides. Incredible! The location is ideal, parking was free, breakfast selection was great, and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend this hotel."
