"We were treated very well during our stay, and when we requested an upgrade to a suite so my sister and I could be closer together and our kids could spend more quality time with each other, the front desk staff went above and beyond to arrange this for us. "Highly recommend this hotel when traveling to Banff. It's along the main road and it's very close to the town center. Underground parking is convenient as long as it's not peak season as it is first come, first served. Hotel staff are very helpful. Checking in and out process is very fast as well. "

Great value for the money

"Great location next to the river trail. Easy walk to the Podium, where my kid was competing in a track meet. Also a quick walk to downtown and Riverfront Park, so lots to do in the area. The Van Gogh exhibit is across the parking lot. Much better value than the other hotels in the area. It is an older apartment complex that has been renovated. Not the newest/ fanciest rooms but they are big, clean, and comfortable. Very nice restaurant onsite that has tasty, affordable food at happy hour. We ate there twice. Front desk staff were friendly and accommodating --they let us check in early. Parking is free. I wish they had free breakfast but can't complain for the price."

Absolutely Incredible Hotel

"1000/10 Stay. Beautiful beyond words and a level of service one rarely finds even at most 5 ⭐️ hotels. 10mins from some of the best skiing in the world with a complimentary shuttle and VIEWS of the Canadian Rockies that will have you staring beyond the Lake in Awe for hours. Magnificent Hotel that we could not recommend more."
