A special shoutout to Raul from the restaurant – his attention to detail, professionalism, and kind demeanor truly made our dining experiences memorable. We also want to recognize the entertainment team, who kept the energy high and made every day fun with engaging activities and shows for all ages. Lastly, we are so grateful for the lifesavers at the pool. Their presence made us feel safe and relaxed as we enjoyed the beautiful pool areas. We’re already looking forward to coming back. "The property was beautiful. Staff were very kind from check-in until check out. One thing that was inconvenient was the towel situation. We booked a room for four people but were only given two towel sets, and had to ask the front desk for extra towels. Even after our room was cleaned we were still given only two towel sets, but the front desk was quick to action our requests."

"My family of 5 stayed at this resort for 3 nights in July 2025. Great hospitality started from Jesus and Ivan at reception and continued throughout our stay. There are 2 properties on this location: Secrets (adults) and Dreams (Family). Here are some suggestions: 1- If you are all adults (18+) stay on the Secrets side of the resort. You'd still have access to everything on Dreams but access to better restaurants. 2- Upgrade your stay to VIP (Preferred Member) level so that you get access to all restaurants and private lounges with better drinks. 3- If you are on the dreams side, please note that there's construction on the lot next door which might have some noises/smells associated with it. Otherwise, sit back, relax, and enjoy your stay. "
