Staff are super helpful and friendly, the hotel is spotlessly clean. I really want to leave a good review as they are trying so hard, but there are shortcomings that could easily be addressed. The rooms are pretty basic and a couple of glasses, a hairdryer, extra towels etc would make a huge difference. Restaurant staff need proper training - they try very hard but seem unsure as to what they should be doing. They didn’t offer us the correct breakfast menu or explain options. There wasn’t much choice on the menu but food was ok.

We were welcomed with a drink, and sent up 3 flights of stairs to our room (my husband is 70), The room was mediocre and overlooked the kids playground. No waterview and not romantic. When I asked for a room with a view I was told NO. I was informed that waterview suites were only for families. I made it clear I wasnt on vacation to sleep outside a playground. As no alternative was offered we moved to another hotel,

Worst hotel ever
I have travelled all over the world. Stayed at many hotels from 1 star till 5 star. I know the hotel is a 3 star category, but it should be only 1 star. The bathroom was awful. I have never slept so bad in a bed. Even better to sleep on the floor. My wife even suggested we sleep in the car. And that never happened in our 25 years of marriage. No further comments before I get more upset. The price for that room should have been for free. And then I would still say no thank you. Has Hotel.com ever been at that hotel.

Honestamente el trato que nos dieron fue bueno, lamentablemente para nosotros el día en que llegamos iniciaba la feria de la ciudad y nuestra habitación estaba justo donde se escucha TODOOOOO! A las 11 de la noche tuvimos que pedir que nos cambien de habitación porque nos dijeron que esa fiesta duraba de 10pm a 8am del otro día!!! Y en efecto!! Fue una noche con juegos pirotécnicos TODA LA NOCHE Y MADRUGADA! La verdad mi esposo y yo fuimos a relajarnos y lo último que encontramos fue eso… al menos, no por la noche y por tanto no pudimos descansar. Por otra parte, consideramos que deberían avisar a los clientes que reservan para estas fechas ya que como nos comentan, esto es algo que dura 3/4 días, y para aquellos que reserven en esas fechas, si buscan relajación, es lo último que encontrarán.
