"The rooms need an upgrade. Smell bad, the towels are so used or bad washing machine. The spa is excellent and makes all money paid. We get a ticket for parking on front of the hotel. The receptionist said the parking is not free but didn’t mention we gonna get a fine if we leave the car there. We left one day earlier, but no refund or credit for that. The receptionist said that is not possible because our reservation was pre-paid! Instead we paid the fine. The breakfast is served until...

Room was very spacious and tidy, the balcony was the crown jewel as it was looking the mountains and slopes. Very tidy and clean. Staff was very friendly and the amenities were great. "overall it was a good stay. Hotel is a bit aged, but fully functional and absolutely fine. We had two rooms for a week in early February and will probably come back again. There are signs of wear and tear arround but it can be seen that owners are trying to be on top of it. Age of hotel is evident inside and out, but it is not bad or teribble for a 3* place.
