"We had a good stay here, great central location and access to Amsterdam Centraal. I would critique the functionality of the room, I totally understand the contemporary style, but really, why a total lack of hooks for hanging jackets, especially as how damp and wet it can be in winter. Surely 2 hooks on the "wardrobe" alcove would be an easy add. The only other issue was the reception clerk announcing our room number to the lobby at check in, absolute no no in the hotel industry, we shared and...
