"We booked last minute but ridiculously overpriced. The shower backed up on the first night which I informed the attendant the first day and they did nothing about it. I literally had 3 inches of water over the bathroom floor. When I asked the front desk to ask someone to clean it, he said no one was available. I asked for another room and they said they were fully booked. The safe in the room was locked and unable to use it. Again I asked the front desk to have someone look at it and no one ever...
