"Other than extremely difficult and confusing arrangement of passage ways inside the hotel, our stay was very good. Fantastic bed, shower room, and view from our balcony. Excellent breakfast, easy registration and checkout added to our satisfaction. But that maze of hallways pulls our review down a notch."

"This was a wonderful stay and location. Our check-in was easy and the receptionist was very friendly and gave us great dinner recommendations. The view from the hotel looking out at the castle at night was stunning. The hotel is also right off the main street and we walked to the old part of town in less than 5 minutes. Highly recommend and we'd stay there again. "

Signage to the reception at the property could be clearer but it is a prominent building in the small village. Breakfast was very good although the absence of tea / coffee amenities in the room meant you had to access them from a common area at cost (expensive). "Was a great get away. The facilities were new and well thought out. Had a hiccup on check-in as they didn’t have connectivity with Expedia. Originally had room 18 (?) and it was tiny and wonky. Upgraded to suite 22 and it was awesome! Huge difference but not much via rate. Definitely pay for upgrade. The AC in the room wasn't working very well but was still comfortable. Highly recommend!"
