"Clean enough, if I was really nitpicky there were definitely some things that could be cleaner (there was hair in our tub on arrival and some dirty spots - nothing horrible) but for the price I'm very satisfied. I've stayed in worse for more money. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. "

"The staff here are absolutely amazing. Not only are there so many of them available when you have a question but they made us feel like family! The hotel is SO large and spread out even with it being sold out between Christmas and New Years, there was still so much to do and space to hang out. The rooms are dated but clean. We didn’t realize that they were building a new water park so the only downside to our stay was that we had to listen to a generator running for 3 days and then constant beeping and construction noise very early in the morning, and then all day. We did ask the front desk to move us but there was nothing away from the noise. Great place for families! You don’t even need to leave the hotel it’s constant fun!!"

"We always stay here when in the area. Clean hotel, easy parking. Great pool for the kids. Great area as there are a few things to do and multiple dining options. I highly recommend Laskos if looking for a really great breakfast option. "

"The hotel needs an update. From our understanding that is happening in Jan 2025. The beds were not comfortable. Wasted space in the rooms. The elevator was too small and only 1. It was Great for being right on the main road and right in the middle of everything."
