"The reception staff are great ,very rapid. check in .Room is spacy, very clean and tidy, with balcony Bathroom very clean. food is plenty, great variety, 5 star bouffe ,Egyptian wine and beer are .great . This is our third year to stay in this hotel Great Hotel We really recommend this Hotel."

"Safe haven in HURGHADA. Lovely beach and pools. Staff mostly helpful, a couple (waiter at beach and main inside bar) are too familiar or rude eg. mimicked my accent which I didn’t find amusing after the upteenth time. Security, front desk, cleaning, gardening and Wok staff very professional. Omelette maker very grumpy which spoilt breakfast experience. Food is great quality and choice. One swimming pool is always in shade which is a shame as are the expectant crows at the beach after food. Pool...

"Really enjoyed my stay at Cooks Club. The resort was clean, quiet and safe. It has everything you need but also in walking distance to many bars and restaurants. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. We even had our own ambassador named Michael who was always available for any of our needs. Also there is a spa located right next door to the resort that was wonderful! Would definitely stay here again. "

"Great service and food. Employee Improvements reqd: Reda (the concierge) has no Customer Service skills, he is constantly busy on his mobile phone and so provides no help whatsoever to guests. Unfortunately, the Customer Service Team at the main desk also did very little to provide any help and support. Please note that all restaurants must be booked 48hrs in advance. Some employees mention it's 24hrs and some say 48hrs. The booking service needs improving. Doesn't tell you what restaurants are...
