Beach Hotels in Red Sea Coast, Egypt

"Great service and food. Employee Improvements reqd: Reda (the concierge) has no Customer Service skills, he is constantly busy on his mobile phone and so provides no help whatsoever to guests. Unfortunately, the Customer Service Team at the main desk also did very little to provide any help and support. Please note that all restaurants must be booked 48hrs in advance. Some employees mention it's 24hrs and some say 48hrs. The booking service needs improving. Doesn't tell you what restaurants are...

"This is the second time I have bed. Here. We love it. Although there are massive renovations this did not spoil our stay, and when they are finished it will be outstanding. All staff are superb and welcoming, nothing is too much trouble. "

"Nice location at beach. Spacious rooms, comfortable bed, bathroom was nice. Air conditioning wasn’t very effective-didn’t cool effectively. We did the all inclusive dining, there was a large variety, we liked the personalized egg station best. Food was kind of bland. We were all disappointed with the dessert options , I would recommend a few crowd pleasers- creme brulee? Tiramisu- maybe an ice cream sundae station for dinner? They need to clean tables between diners better- lots of crumbs...

"Great Hotel with so much included in the price. The rooms are very spacious, clean and you even have a balcony. The staff was very friendly and helpful and always made sure you are okay. There are a lot of activity options you can book from the hotel and also lots of stuff to do there!"

Ahmed at the reception is always happy to help. Taha at the beach bar makes many miles on foot to serve drinks at the beach. In lobby bar Mostafa always greets you with smile and makes lovely drinks.
