The resort is incredibly fun and well-maintained, offering a wide variety of pools, water slides, and activities for both kids and adults. My wife and I, along with our children, were never bored! The food was consistently excellent, with diverse dining options that catered to all tastes. One of the standout features of this place is its exceptional customer service. It’s clear that the staff is highly trained to provide top-notch hospitality, but a few individuals went above and beyond, making our stay even more memorable. I’d like to extend a special thank you to: 1. **Mr. S El-Shahat**, the pool slide attendant, whose kindness and attentiveness to my daughter were truly outstanding. Your care made all the difference—thank you! 2. **Gamal**, the bartender near the 4 Corners restaurant. Your warm, friendly attitude and engaging conversations made every visit to the bar a pleasure. "Listen, this resort is amazing!!! We were sooo impressed with everything. The food options and the quality of the food is phenomenal and there is always something you will find to enjoy. The only thing we weren’t crazy about was the far walk from our room. Which was completely our fault because we chose sea side view and it was an AMAZING view but it was so far from the lobby and restaurant etc but apart from that, the experience here was perfect. We will definitely come back soon. Thanks for an unforgettable experience!"

"We stayed one night after a week of scuba diving the seed Sea. It was a nice way to finish up our trip. Rides were fun, good choices were old Rufus and the grounds were very pretty. Staff was friendly and helpful, they gave us early check in and allowed us to dine in a restaurant even though we didn't have reservations. "

"We loved our stay at Desert Rose! My family stayed here for 6 nights and had a great time. The food is decent — good amount of choice for a buffet style hotel and a la carte restaurants were OK. The bars were plenty! The rooms were really nice, although we stayed in a recently refurbished room which was nicely decorated and kept really clean. The lagoon is great with floating platforms in the middle. I only have a few small things to comment on: (1) If you went to look for a sunbed after 8am, the. You were going to have trouble if you’re a family of 4. It might have just been a busy time. However, if you ask one of the employees, they will help and bring empty ones over. (2) We were assigned a concierge who helped with booking the a la carte restaurants, which he did. However, I contacted him about booking excursions, and he was slow to respond so I booked externally. In all honesty, booking using Viatour or Get Your Guide is easy and you can see feedback of different tours, so maybe that’s better anyway. Overall, we had a great time and will recommend to friends & family!!"
