"O bangalô tem um otimo espaço. As camas sao confortaveis e ele e muito bem equipado. Os problemas que encontramos foi o bangalô sujo quando chegamos. Precisamos esperar a limpeza que atrasou para depois podermos entrar. A parede do quarto onde os meus filhos ficaram estava com uma grande infiltração. Tao grande que estava molhando a cama que estava encostada na parede. O ar-condicionado da sala não estava funcionando direito."

"Good location. Comfortable place. Check in process disorganized and complicated. Also, guests have to send pictures of personal documents such as ID or passport through social media to the manager who is not on site, to be able to get a room number and access to the place. "

"Acomodação razoável. Pontos negativos: porta que dá acesso a todo o flat pela área da piscina sem fechar e sem chave. Ar condicionado com defeito, frequentemente fazia barulhos, necessitando ligar e desligar para normalizar. Controle da TV sem funcionar. Bacia do banheiro muito antiga, amarelada e com rasgos. Local sem limite de horários para barulhos externos, com vizinhos com muita zuada até durante a madrugada."

"Hotel definitely not a 4 star not even a 3, barely a 2-star. Room was in poor condition, shower didn’t work well, walls all scratched up. Door was barely hanging on. Restaurant staff 2 male servers were only good thing, super friendly. Right off the beach but can’t go in water due to all the sharks. Close to shopping mall but that’s it."

"Good: amazing view, helpful and professional staff, fair prices for room service and restaurant, safe location with full of options, comfortable bed, WiFi with no problem, diverse breakfast (and a great tapioca!) Not that good: windows were dirty, the shower was dripping water for the first hour of the night, the breakfast was quite chaotic as there were no plates for a long while, the orange juice was watery "

"Como Recife tem uma deficiência de hotéis 4/5 estrelas decidi experimentar o Novotel Marina Arrependimento total . Não tem receptivo para ajudar com as malas , recepção sempre cheia com pessoal mal treinado , quartos pequenos e sem cofre , café da manhã bom mas espaço e pequeno … não recomendo "
