Excellent location, very clean room, very friendly staff, good breakfast and an amazing ocean front view. What needs improvement is the elevators (long wait and they are constantly with those plastic protections as if there was someone moving all the time). Great bang for the buck.

The hotel is great, a few things under construction/remodeling makes the guest to change some of their plans. Laundry and swimming pool were not available during Christmas break. Overall great place to stay

Serviço de alimentação é péssimo.
O quarto não está limpo de verdade, tinha garfo sujo e um pacote aberto de preservativo no jarro do arranjo artificial. O restaurante do hotel é caro e mega ruim. O café da manhã não está incluso e pagamos 50,00 por pessoa para toma-lo no hotel. Arrependido tremendo! Não tinha um pão do dia, era tudo mais que dormido, por estavam realmente duros! Tudo tinha um aspecto de passado". O dia do café foi 01/13/2024. No dia seguinte optamos em tomar café fora do hotel. Meu esposo pediu ainda almoço no lugar, que só aceita pedido e só serve a partir das 12h. Pagou quase 90,00 por uma picanha sem graça com bebida. Aconselho o hotel a trocar imediatamente o serviço de comida no local. Enquanto for o tal "umbu cajá" não retorno ao hotel.
