September 18, 2024. Arrived to the hotel with existing reservation, and we were told there are no rooms available. They said they had an issue with their system, where people were allowed to book rooms and charged, even though there were no rooms available. The airport area is pretty unsafe, the poverty is visible. It was not a good situation. Being a tourist, I don't speak the local language and also didn't have a phone to call around. Right thing for hotel to do would have been get us accommodation in another safe reputable hotel nearby, which they did not offer, at they were overwhelmed giving all the people checking in the bad news of no rooms. I suggest avoiding this hotel as this is the first time it's happened to me. The staff was nice but situation was not handled correctly.

Já estive no íbis outra vez e fiquei surpresa com a mudança. O restaurante no almoço não tinha muita opção e o atendimento não foi bom. Dos 03 pratos que pedi, estava faltando. Até talheres usado pegamos.
