"My goddaughter and I did a 3 day visit and saw that this Hotel was close to the Airport and bus transportation was right outside of the hotel. The bedroom was separated from the lil kitchen and living room. Would definitely recommend and if ever have an opportunity to come back, would definitely stay here again."

"It was nice staying at the hotel, but there was limited staff and not enough warning about restaurants and shops being closed on Sunday, including food delivery. The hotel accommodation was pleasant, but the hotel was isolated and the entrance caused problems for taxi hire. The one-way road was inconvenient and the room was near a noisy main road, so ear-plugs were an essential travel item. "I booked my daughter & I into this hotel for 3 nights, long story, but I had to fly out to Tenerife because she broke her leg; the staff in this hotel were brilliant with our needs; they leant us a wheelchair, and saw to all our needs & gave us a courtesy room while we waited for our taxi after checking out. It’s a lovely clean, warm & friendly hotel, all the staff are were accommodating. The pool area is brilliant too. I would say that this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in."

"All the staff were fantastic and friendly, especially the hard so but happy team in the restaurant!! The rooms were tired and basic but ok, air con was ok! The property is at the edge of both las americas and los christianos so costs about €8-10 each way in a taxi. Main pool absolutely Baltic but middle one fantastic hence the beds all going by 8am!!"
