"We are back here for the 3rd time. We celebrate our civil wedding anniversary here, but we can't celebrate in the restaurants because some of our friends have kids, so we end up having our dinner for 3 nights at the adjacent restaurant around El Mirador. "Hotel was lovely. Clean, modern. Lovely room with balcony and hot tub. Amazing views from sun bathing area. Staff very friendly, breakfast buffet good. We booked bed and breakfast but were disappointed with the lack of restaurants in the area that were walkable. Only a few nice ones we found. So the hotel is remote so just go with that in mind but we were more than happy to just stay in the hotel for the vast majority of our stay because we needed a total R and R holiday. We certainly got that."

"At the hotel we were greeted with a warm welcome and a glass of bubbly which was a nice added touch. The hotel was very clean. We had half board. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was excellent with lots of choice, and there was entertainment every evening. "I booked my daughter & I into this hotel for 3 nights, long story, but I had to fly out to Tenerife because she broke her leg; the staff in this hotel were brilliant with our needs; they leant us a wheelchair, and saw to all our needs & gave us a courtesy room while we waited for our taxi after checking out. It’s a lovely clean, warm & friendly hotel, all the staff are were accommodating. The pool area is brilliant too. I would say that this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in."
