"Unfortunately I have experienced this hotel at it's best. The staff were nice and my room was upgraded to a suite which was a lovely touch considering I stayed with my two children. The hotel is tired, there was lightbulbs out in the room, wallpaper peeled and framework missing from the doors. The shower was yellowing and when used sprayed from cracks behind the shower head. My biggest complaint was that it was so warm we had to keep the windows open all the time, which meant we had to listen to traffic noise all the time, and there is a lot of traffic noise. Other notes: Window blinds were damaged and half-functional. Combination clothes washer/dryer does not dry effectively. Only one key is provided for an apartment that sleeps six. "
