We were pleasantly surprised by the outstanding location, vintage style, & well-heeled service from every single staff member during our entire stay. Bravo to the management for the training excellence. After our trip to Galapagos, we wanted a comfortable and safe stay in Historical area of Quito. Hotel Plaza Grande was a great find. This historical hotel is located an ideal area facing the main plaza, just nest to the presidential palace. - offers great view, lively sounds, wonderful accommodation and great services! We always felt welcomed, warm and safe here. One of the best hotels we have stayed.
