"Absolute bargain price. Room was described as above the bar and may be noisy. We stayed a Sunday and Monday night, noise eas acceptable and did not disturb us. What did disturb us was the awful smell of smoke from the folks outside. This didnt happen on the Sunday night as the bar wasnt as busy and possibly no smokers. But the Monday evening, it was sickening. The room has no air conditioning and we had left the window open all day on Monday as we had been warm on the Sunday night. So, when we...

"Botanic Rest B&B was clean and basic. It lost points for noise and safety. When we checked in we took our suitcases up the stairs. About halfway to our room in the hallway on a few stairs up, a man was doing some repairs in the doorway to a room. His tools (including an electric screwdriver) were in the middle of the stars and hallway. We had to move them, so we could get past. Pretty unsafe. The breakfast was nice. They had the usual continental breakfast and you could order hot items off...

"An outdated facility, room was not very clean and the decor was dated. The beds were comfortable. The location to the University, Ulster Museum, and Botanical Gardens were exceptional. A healthy walk to city centre. The staff was kind and helpful. They allowed us to store our luggage for the day after we checked out. "
