So loved this place it absolutely made our Belfast stay so much nicer. We stayed in a huge apartment - it was awesome and well stocked with absolutely everything we needed. There's a Tesco literally just downstairs. Everything in Belfast is within an easy 15-20 minute brisk walk. There are also plenty of great dining options all round if you don't feel like cooking in the apartment. Before booking we always read prior reviews and did want to comment on two things - yes our apartment faced the street and there was some road noise but with the windows closed you hardly hear it at all. And yes there was a very vague sewery smell in the bathrooms but it's not the hotel's fault - the hotel is spotlessly clean and this is some municipal issue. If you leave the bathroom doors closed and use the exhaust fan you can barely notice it. Given how nice this place is and what you get for your money we would not even hesitate a second to stay here again. Also a huge shoutout to the lovely lady who was at the front desk when we arrived way too early. She was so nice she immediately cleaned our apartment while we had breakfast next door so we could check in early. Thank you all so much for such a pleasant stay!

I recently had a wonderful stay at Cordia Serviced Apartment in Belfast. The location was ideal, with a Tesco grocery store right next door for convenient shopping. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-appointed, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. One of the highlights of my stay was the private parking. It's always a relief to know that your vehicle is safe and secure, especially in a new city. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Belfast.

Great spot in Belfast
This was my second time staying here and I would highly recommend. It’s in a great area of Belfast, close to everything. There’s a great choice of food nearby and cooking facilities if that’s your preference. The apartments are really nice, very spacious & clean. Any staff member we’ve interacted with has been so friendly and attentive. I will definitely stay here again and would recommend!

Great apartments, spacious and clean. Tesco right next door and plenty options for places to eat. Not a lot of bars close by (Ryan’s down the road is fantastic) but it’s about 30 min walk down to centre. Staff friendly and helpful.

Apartment was as advertised, two comfortable rooms. Overall was clean, just the smell! We'd had a bit of a saga with a cancelled flight and by the time we arrived we were grateful for a clean bed. Wish we'd reported the awful smell from the blocked drains and the drippy kitchen tap as we would have been moved apartment, hindsight is wonderful, hope they get these issues sorted. Would advise earplugs if you can't cope with traffic noise as it is on a main road.

Large 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment, conveniently located next to a Tesco supermarket and a Michelin recommended restaurant. Also next to a bus top that gets you to Belfast city center in 10 mn. Safe but busy and noisy street if your room is on the street side, I wear earplug at night so it did not bother me.

Very clean and spacious apartment, the only concern is that the check in says until 12 midnight, but when we arrived at 20:30ish , luckily there was someone to check us in, but that day, the front staff left early and there was a note, but I could imagine if my parents wanted to check in, they could not as they didn't have phone to call the number that was provided. The key card didn't work aroudn midnight and if the garage door wasn't open, we couldn't get it. Also we could not change the temperature in the living room area. Just pay attention that if you don't have phone, you may have hard time getting checked in during late hours.

We LOVED this apartment! It was spacious with everything we could need. Perfectly clean and nice towels, kitchen, laundry, TV. The street its on is beautiful with so many restaurant choices and a grocery store right beside. Very friendly check in. We could have used an extra couple of blankets as it was a bit cold and the living room had a draft. Our only other complaint is that the bathrooms had a slight sewage smell.

A great base for Belfast
These apartments are in a modern block close to Queens University. The apartment was large, generous sized rooms and a small balcony looking over the city towards the hills. The kitchen was well equipped and was more than adequate for cooking a meal. There is a secure basement car park complete with EV chargers which suited us particularly well.
