"the room was comfortable but the whole property was quite clean though quite shabby and the bathroom was damp and there wasn't enough toilet roll and no spares available. the bed was comfortable and bedding clean and fresh. "First impression the property was good near a Spar supermarket and walkable to the centre maybe 15 mins. A comedy club and night life in walking distance . The facilities were good for cooking . "Location was convenient to downtown in the SSE arena. Check in was a bit challenging as the suggested temporary parking spots were full and seemed to be full the entire time during our week long stay. Location is between two train tracks but we didn't notice much noise from the trains during our stay. A bottle of wine and some crisps were left as welcome gifts which was very nice. More attention could be paid to cleaning as we did find some used towels in a dresser drawer and in a closet....

"Pros: The company made sure all instructions to enter the property was understood and was well organised throughout. I had no problems entering the property. In addition they gave us leaflets in the property which recommended great activities throughout Belfast. Also the accommodation had great facilities such as hair dryer, washer and iron.
