"The hotel is beautiful but the surrounding area is horrible. There where condemned buildings, broken down cars, dirty sidewalks all around the building. Also no parking available. You could either valet park for $44 a night but only if you returned by 10:30."

"The staff deserves more than 5 stars. They were very helpful communication was very open and was there whenever needed at anytime. Iwould definitely recommend this location."

"Taking the shuttle from JFK was quite difficult because of all the construction at the airport. Hotel did not really explain how to find the shuttle, or tell me that pick up from my terminal was not available. The shuttle driver finally called me and explained how to find him, then he waited for me to return to the train and get off where he is able to pick up. All this run around wasted about sn hour and I had to do a lot of walking etc. Simple instructions upfront would have made the...

"I really did appreciate the atmosphere of the hotel and the amenities they offered, the breakfast options were quite limited but I like the rooftop bar and restaurant next door. The area was fairly nice and the hotel was conveniently located next door to a mall which had everything you’d pretty much need. This added to comfortability of my stay!"
