"The Expedia website of the hotel said they have shuttles until 2 am. When I called for a shuttle pickup from the airport. They said that they only offer shuttle until midnight. I messed up my trip because it was difficult to find a taxi for a 3 mile drive at the JFK airport."

"The only fault I have is the breakfast. It is suppose to be until 10, we came down at 9 and there were no eggs, no sausage. We waited to see if they were going to be refilled and gave up so just had coffee and juice. It did get refilled but not till after we left. Other than that the desk folks were very nice and our room was great! "
