"The location and the hotel staff are the big winner of this hotel. It was so quiet and a little bit out of tourist spots but still not too far from them. Fontana delle Rane (Fountain of Frog) is literally at its door step and it’s a hidden gem! Galleria Borghese is about 15 min walk too. There are supermarkets, cafe, bars, pizzaria, cake shops, poke bowl shop etc all within 10 min walk. The staff are so welcoming and helpful too. They really made me feel at home. "Room was good, no fan in bathroom. Breakfast was ok, staff at restaurant was not very welcoming. Was charged extra $ for accidental miss count on guests, Expedia must have reset count to 1 when I booked and I didn’t notice until I arrived, front desk said it would be additional $60 charge…then brought down to $30…even though room was same room (they did have to make pull out bed is all). Also be aware of that there are extra charges for tourist tax…not included in price here or disclosed on...

"Front desk on check in was very nice and helpful. However everywhere you go around the hotel requires reservation and nothing is walking distance. Like any place you go thete will be nice staff and not do nice bit we ate Americans and that's how we can be treated at times but overall hotel is very nice and would go back. "

"We arrived late due to airline flight delays, but was still able to check in at 11:30pm (23:30). There was still one restaurant open within 15 minute walk, but would not recommend to walk alone as it is dark. Room was clean and quiet, but bath garbage was not thrown from previous guest. Reminder: To put door card in slot after entering as no lights or power until you do so. Also hall lighting is often delayed due to motion detectors not working. 7 Euro bus to airport is a good deal."

"We stayed one night to be close to the airport for an early flight the next morning. The website stated it had bag storage for early arrivals. When we arrived at approximately 11a, so we could spend the day in Ostia, we were thrilled to learn that the room was actually ready for us and there was no additional charge. The next morning we were up early and ready for our Uber before the complimentary breakfast. We were offered coffee before our Uber arrived even though the kitchen was not yet open....

"Overall we had a good time here. The hotel is very nice inside, very clean and pretty upscale looking. It is located on the corner of a semi busy intersection though, so the outside traffic noise is a bit much, even at night. The building walls are older, so not that sound proof at all sadly. If you are a light sleeper like me, definitely request an upper floor! Once we switched rooms higher it was great! The hotel has a great breakfast for the price per person, definitely cheaper than most nearby places. One issue is the distance from central Rome, it's a bit far. You can make the walk fine if you are younger, otherwise i say take the tram, there is a stop down the road behind the hotel, luckily. It's just under 2 euro (at the time of writing this) each use. You can just charge your card to use it. You'll be whisked down the road/track to the Piazza Del Popolo. Lastly, the taxes Expedia says you'll be charged, are way less than what they do charge. For our several nights Expedia said like $32 but they charged €144, because of a ridiculous €6 per person, per night!! That should just be included in the room fee! Not cool, i personally don't like getting hornswaggled like that on check out."
