"Excellent property in a great location. The parking recommendations were not helpful without better instruction. It was difficult to find this property on a rainy Saturday evening during the holidays (many pedestrians and closed roads) and better instructions on how to unload our belongings prior to parking in the nearby lot would have been helpful. Otherwise, excellent place and would definitely recommend. "

"The location of the hotel is great. Stuff welcoming. We had the queen bed, smaller but nice room. The only negative thing was very strange and loud noise starting at 6:20 am on Sunday morning. It woke us up and was impossible to continue sleeping. The same noise happened on the Sunday night after 22:20. Thankfully did not last for a long so our second night sleep was not disturbed. "This was my second stay here. I am not someone who needs amenities, I just need a quiet and safe place to relax, regroup, shower, and sleep. It is an old property-as most in the area are-but to me, that lends to the experience. It was clean and quiet, and the proprietors were very nice. The location is exceptional. "This property is located in Old Town Quebec. It’s within walking distance to numerous restaurants and shops. The room and bathroom are somewhat small but well appointed. There’s no coffee or fridge in the room but coffee and a continental breakfast (separate charge) was available. The hotel did provide a small fridge to our friends who needed to store medication. The staff were wonderful and helpful. We would stay there again."
