I was upset that i booked the resort side not hotel it was not clearly explained the difference when you book. Resort side did not offer room service did not have coffee in room. Resort side perfect for family that wanted to prepare meals in room the room was nice, spacious. But we wanted hotel wirh room service

The air conditioner was leaking .. so we need to change our room at midnight. They could only offer one upgrade room however only one bed inside or handicap room with two bed no upgrade. The experience was bad. So I would not recommend this hotel.

중문 5성급 호텔만 다니다가 처음으로 동쪽 해비치 호텔을 선택했는데 서비스가 너무 다르네요. 그리고 전기차충전소도 점검중인게 많고 충전하고 있으면 다른사람이 빼서 자기차 충전하는사람도 있고 다시는 안갈것같네요.
