"This hotel is one of the very best we have ever stayed at anywhere! The rooms and beautiful and very clean! The staff makes staying here amazing! They were very helpful getting us checked in and getting everything we needed while we were there, including how to use the washing machine in the room. They treated us so well that I didn't want to leave when our stay was over. We will always go back to this hotel whenever we are in Lisbon becasue the staff is so amazing and wonderful! "

"This hotel was so welcoming and luxurious from the moment we stepped in the door. Via the VIP offers on Expedia, we had a bottle of bubbles on ice in our room on arrival) We were lucky to be upgraded but I would be happy to stay in any room in this hotel. We had a complimentary mini bar which was great for unlimited bottles of water and other soft drinks. I think there might have been beer in there too. "I booked two rooms for the five of us (five friends). The rooms were clean and nice, and the location is great! 15 mins Uber ride to the airport. The front desk staff were extremely nice. Since our flight was late, they allowed us to stay past checkout and use one of the rooms, which was very convenient. The sky bar was really nice but a bit expensive! Overall, it was a great hotel, and I would highly recommend!"

"I stayed this past week and it was absolutely lovely. The area is so close to all transport, which is fast and excellent, and many shopping options. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast and the lounge to hang out at during the evening. Staff is excellent. "
