"The hotel was very nice for the price, clean and bright inside with a nice view and air conditioning. The bed was large and comfortable and we got daily towel change. The street is not too loud, at least in the winter season."

"The location, staff and property are all fantastic ! It’s an easy walk to the main shopping and dining areas . The rooms were very clean and simple. The one drawback is that each room has a really strong green light in it which , I assume is the exit light . In the dorm rooms it’s not an issue on the lower bunks as you have a bed above you and privacy curtains. On the upper bunk and private rooms it’s a real issue so make sure you have an eye mask . "It’s old; it’s a lot of stair climbing; well located and serves a great breakfast. Has limited bar. Work being done on premises is noisy. Staff is friendly and professional. Curtained beds for privacy with reading lights. Towel provided. Right on Rossio Square—walk anywhere downtown. "

"The staff here we're incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. We had a really great stay, great breakfast, comfortable clean rooms and a safe feeling with easy check in/check out and ability to store our bags before/after check in/out times which was so helpful. It is a busy, noisy neighborhood into the evening but absolutely perfect for easy walking and metro access in Lisbon. "

"The booking was confirmed on a 2nd floor, i got a 3rd floor, all switches dirty actually black, bed horrible mattress, there was a alarm ringing at 04 am on first night, and toilet cleaning very bad specially in the shower. Mean time I have lung emphysema and I complain about the floor as confirmation was to a 2nd floor they said that wasn’t for us chose the floor even if of the booking wouldn’t show that you were going to stay on a 3rd. So yes mainly was very bad "

"What a find. The staff were super helpful the property was centrally located. It even had a grocery store next door. The room was well appointed amazingly it had a desk and a television. You cannot go wrong staying at this hostel. "

"In general a good hostel. Staff friendly, nice kitchen etc. Unfortunately rooms are poorly spundproofed - you could heard almost everything. Also there was no closet or even a coat rack. Breakfast very basic - without any meat. "

"It’s a budget hostel to meet your basic needs. I stayed in 2nd floor, where I don’t have any problem at all. It depends on which toilet you use but bring hand soap with you. If you like to prepare your own food, you might need to bring your own utensils and dishes, you might also need to bring a pan for you to cook. I bought one near to the next block, they are not that expensive. There are many stores around it, and very close to the train station. Also, not far from the airport. "

"It is listed as a hotel but is barely a room. There was a shared bathroom which was not well maintained. Essentially it is a slumlord type floor of an apartment that is shared. It says free parking, but it is just street parking on a different road from the hotel, and is only free from the late evening until 9 am. There was not reception but a person that came about 15 minutes after I called (much longer than he said he would be there). There was a family that came the next morning, and they...
