"This is a great budget hotel. It's located near local amenities and is perfectly comfortable. The staff were professional and the bed was comfortable but firm. The only downside was the toilet flush wasn't amazing. "

"Room was comfortable however the seagulls kept us awake every morning from 5am walking on the roof (Room5) There were a couple of examples where ingredients listed for food items on the menu were left out, proving to be a disappointment for some dishes. The gnocchi didn't have any chestnuts, The pancakes didn't have coconut yoghurt for example. More vegetarian options would have been welcomed."

"We enjoyed our stay here over all. It’s a quaint building, with a lovely bar and restaurant area, and a nice walk along Poole quay just at the end of the street. The room however (named Mac Forbes), faced onto the street like a shop window which was odd and so we felt we couldn’t keep the curtains open. "Good location, just 50m or so from the Quay front, great staff allround, but room was ok, but adequate only, for price charged. Dog friendly, which was critical for us, but £10 surcharge charged. Lack of hotel parking wasn't too much of an issue as large multistorey within c.400m, but does add any £10 cost to the visit"
