"Beautiful hotel! Service in our opinion was not on par with other 5 star hotels we stayed at on the island - no offer to help with bags at check in, slow service at the bar and restaurant, and no poolside service. We were given a pool facing upgrade which we were very appreciative of - however it was an adjoining room - there is an inch of space between the bottom of the door and the floor and you can hear everything from the neighbouring room. Limited menu options available for food allergies....

"This stay was amazing. I booked last minute and got an upgrade to a fifth floor room facing the ocean. The staff was always super friendly and helpful. The food was amazing. That were different themes for the food every night. Breakfast was abundant. For breakfast as well as for dinner order freshly made food right there. The massage therapist excellent.
