"Had a lovely solo trip at the Hotel Riu Playa Park recently. Staff was very welcoming and friendly, the food options were good, and the hotel’s facilities are nice. The only thing that I found odd was needing to have cash as a deposit for the pool towels, but otherwise all was good!"

"This is a beautiful property, great service and good food! We felt that the location was good for visiting the island. We did not like the atmosphere at Playa de Palma beach, which was a short walk away. Too many young tourists partying and being silly. The bus stop is a short walk away which is helpful. We thought the half board was worth while.
Overall we truly enjoyed our stay and there’s a wonderful woman Dipa at the restaurant always making sure we had all we needed.

A Fantastic Stay!
"I am just back from 5 nights in your hotel and have had a wonderful stay. The service was excellent, the staff were very friendly, the breakfast buffet was delicious and the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. A few things I would like to note is that it should be mentioned at reception when checking in that you must book your spa time as we were not told this and we thought we could go whenever. Our room also smelled very musty when we arrived which lasted for two days before we aired it out leaving the balcony door open. We also noticed a similar musty smell in the porch of the hotel at the hotel’s entrance. Otherwise, the spa was so lovely and very clean and the hotel is very unique and well laid out. We will be back! "
