It’s clear that the housekeeping team takes real pride in their work. The staff was equally impressive. Every interaction, from check-in to check-out, was handled with professionalism and courtesy. They were attentive, helpful, and always available to answer questions or offer local recommendations. Another big plus is the location. Everything I needed — restaurants, shops, and even some tourist attractions — was within walking distance. I didn’t need to rely on a car or public transport at all, which made my stay even more convenient. "I love that the Ala Moana Shopping Center is walking distance from the hotel!! Also my favorite coffee shop Starbucks is right downstairs!! Checking in and out was really fast! Our room was small but half the time we wasn’t even in our room so it didn’t matter. I would comeback again every weekend if I could! "
