"Me and my bf stay for 5 days in the junior suite, it was very accommodating and lots of pools and activities for families, we felt very safe and welcomed. Rooms were very clean, the only thing that we didn’t care for was the living room, it’s very big with small tv and furniture but that’s nothing we just spent most of our time in the nice comfy king bed, will definitely stay again but may just upgrade our room next time! "

"It advatized wifi which we did not have. One of the best sheets on my room was very dirty and had cuts in it. Mind you the sheet was in-between the other two sheets but and not noticeable till you separated them, however how hard is it to replace the throw like blanket if it's damaged and is stained. "Beautiful hotel. Lots of dining options. Definitely pricey both for stay and food. But as expected for Disney. Pools were nice, though not as clean as we would have liked, lots of leaves/debris in water. Definitely worth it if spending time at hotels and pool. If you will be at parks every day may not be worth the price tag. . "

"This was a great stay, amenities are awesome, best rooms I've ever seen. The shuttle is very important and useful because the property is so large. I'd love to come back again. Only awkward part was the sales presentation. I think they only have one sales approach which must work on some people, but definitely not me. Actually, if they weren't as pushy and high-pressure about it, I might have actually considered the offer if there was more time to think it over. Not a dig at the sales person who gave the presentation, but more about me not being the ideal customer profile. Definitely something to consider if you opt in for the presentation."

"Wonderful. Nice large rooms. Beautiful pool!! Pool bar needs to learn how to make a skinny margarita. Tried twice with them and both times they assured us they were skinny margaritas and they were not! Disappointing because some people have sugar issues. If you can’t make a skinny one say so and we can choose something else. Very disappointing for what we paid. And put a negative twist to our pool/beach day!! Also need a larger trash can in the bedrooms and need a recycle bin."
