Every one was extremely helpful and friendly. Free shuttle to the Disney parks and free yummy breakfast every morning. Rooms were clean and modern. Bathrooms clean. The bar staff was very friendly. Will absolutely stay here again if we return to Orlando.

I don’t usually leave reviews, that said when we got there there were no luggage carrier carts for our luggage and the room was not clean it had hairs on the floor and stains on the wall the door to our room was hard to close.

Delightfully surprised by this hotel. Room was large, clean, comfortable and quiet. Close proximity to WDW-Easy drive. Fantastic hot breakfast. Will stay again.

Good facility. The supervisor at the reception was terrible, he did not know or ask if I was a member but when I asked for water at arrival he denied it and said water is only for members. THERE WAS NO HOT WATER TO MAKE TEA, I TOLD HIM HE DID NOT CARE, AND WHEN I ASKED FOR A qUILET IT TOOK 1HR AND 45 MINUTES for a Comforter TO ARRIVE. Finally, I made a complaint and never heard back until now!

This is a really nice updated property. It's located right by a bunch of stores and restaurants including CVS, Walgreens, Five Guys, Target, etc. The property does not have a hot tub which is something I missed. The breakfast was very nice, all kinds of options, including a few plant based items. About 15 minutes from the parks which is nice. The rooms were new and spacious. The staff was super friendly.
