"The staff is very friendly and the property is beautiful. The room where I stayed at, I was hearing a bit of the next door neighbor's tv. I also did not get to use the beautiful Fairmont robes. Probably they forgot to put clean ones there that day. At the restaurant the person cleaning the tables was such a wonderful man I forgot his name I give him 5 stars for his service. "This was such a great experience! I had to travel to San Francisco for a work event and was nervous about my stay. The location was excellent but what really stood out was the staff. In a time where customer service seems to have disappeared, the whole team at CitizenM was amazing.
