"Staff was very friendly and helpful on our arrival. Carrried our bags to room- didn't even wait for us to give them a tip which was very nice. Room was very clean and temperature was perfect. Dissapointments- no cups/glasses to rinse your mouth after brushing teeth or for water, no tissues, no hairdryer, only 1 very small gargabe can. Staff- was sent over to help with wine fest- so they were unavailable to answer questions. One staff member was there at end of wine fest to help us carry our purchases to our room and again left before we could tip him- which again was nice. There was a coffee pot for coffee in the lobby for the AM; but no one refilled it. Also no one at front desk to check people out- they were sent to help with day 2 of the wine fest. "

"I liked the room- very comfortable and the staff were friendly & most accommodating. Check-in was a breeze. The gym was adequate but the stationery bikes did not work. Also, although the hotel offers a complementary breakfast, the selections did not include foods for people with diabetes and cholesterol issues. Suggest that the hotel adds egg white omelette with just veggies and onion (no cheese or bacon/ham/sausage in the egg) for people with health issues. Overall I rate the hotel above average."

"Staff is friendly and pet friendly is always appreciated! Property is outdated besides the security cameras but I’d rather the option to stay at a hotel that is outdated but pet friendly than an up to date non pet friendly hotel when having to travel with my pup. It’s also nice being near the mountain when wanting to take the pup for a walk in the woods. I would stay here again if I had to. "
