"Requested different accommodations this visit and our room was just perfect. The front desk personnel were extremely helpful and courteous. We had two great nights at Split Rock. WE did not use the restaurant facilities since we like to go to two of our favorite restaurants which are: Terra-Cottage and for a casual dinner Shenanigans. Also, there is a great market at the Hub on the hotel grounds."

"Great place and great room! Unfortunately the restaurant was closed during our stay. But we could walk to other places for food and drinks. Will definitely be back either way!"

"The staff is excellent although the beds are uncomfortable. You can't sleep well because the mattress is in very bad condition and they make a lot of noise."

"Very nice place. Friendly staff. Pool and jacuzzi were lovely. Enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. What I didn't like- Our room didn't have a heating/cooling system. So. it was dead quiet plus too hot. We had to open our window to keep from being cooked. All night in 20 degree weather we had the window opened. Shower was awful Super crazy pressure in a cheap showerhead. The water was cold and painful by the time it hit you. All in all it was nice, but I most likely wouldn't stay again."
