"The hotel was in the centre of Plymouth, with easy access to the city centre. The room was great, with a very comfortable bed and all the amenities you could need. The only thing I would suggest is that the bathroom needs updating. It isn’t bad, it just doesn’t match up to the rest of the room. I would definitely stay here again. "

"The car park was too small. No monitoring of the care park. I felt outsiders used it even if they were not going to the hotel for an event or meal etc."

Missed bar snacks and lite bites/salads etcetera at Reception level but lovely welcome and cappuccino/yoghurt treats from Alex, beautifully presented/-… Reception helpful and attentive/friendly//-…. Mickey in Health Club fabulous Swimming pool oddly shallow making it difficult to enjoy a quality swim which was a bit disappointing but would stay here again xx Thank you"

"Parking was limited to 3 narrow spaces at the rear of the guesthouse but there is the option of residents parking in a nearby street (we were given a residents parking permit). We were in an en-suite room in the basement, with use of the fridge and microwave in the basement kitchen area which was useful. There were a couple of cobwebs in the corners of the room but the shower, toilet, sink and bed were spotless. Breakfast was great, with a varied menu. The dining room was clean and welcoming....
