"Hotel was well decorated in the main areas - looking fairly newly redone. The service was good. The only issue is the quality of the breakfast buffet is terrible - i mean really terrible. We arrived at breakfast around 9.30 - the eggs were like rubber, sausages the cheapest you can buy, bacon like rubber, instant coffee only. The toast was the highlight, which speaks volumes. Otherwise a great stay."

"Always use the Future Inn Plymouth when visiting family in the South West as hotel is clean, spacious and comfortable. I did feel that the hotel was lacking a bit of TLC, certainly in the rooms, this time. My “special request” regarding my room allocation was not met on this occasion. I also had issues with finding a parking space on the first 2 nights of my 3 day stay, which I haven’t experienced before. However, I will continue to use the hotel for future stays as it meets my requirements."

"The hotel is very central and very close to the shops. The hotel staff are very friendly, helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Being able to reserve a disabled parking space means that we don’t have to worry about being able to park. On our arrival, receptionist Gemma helped my friend with moving our luggage from the front entrance to reception. This really helped my friend as I have mobility difficulties and am not able to help.
