"The hotel is tired and is in need of a spruce up. The rooms are spacious and the bathroom is very good. Minus points were poor communication from reception, a kettle but no coffee and tea facilities and there was an iron but no ironing board. We requested on but it never arrived. "This hotel is immaculately clean and looks (and smells) fantastic. The check-in was swift and seamless and the receptionist was able to answer our questions about how we accessed the underground carparking which was easily done and safe and secure with cctv. It cost 10 euros a night to park in the hotel carparking but we felt this was acceptable, especially as the hotel room itself was very reasonably priced. "We stayed in the Apartments, not the villas. The photo makes the villas seem bright and sunny, but our apartment, built on a steep hillside and accessed from above by elevator, was cold and got no direct sun or view at all. "The room was very spacious and cosy, the air conditioning was great too, very much needed. The balcony was a great size too and attracted a lot of sunshine in the afternoons with a nice view.
